Introduction
Welcome to Bcaptured Photography Studios. These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, sessions, products, and communications with us. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Our Services
We offer professional studio photography, specialising in:
Family Photography
Baby and Child Portraits
Boudoir Photography (18+ only)
Makeover Shoots (with optional hair & makeup)
Children's Party Packages
Mini Sessions (seasonal promotions)
Social Media Competitions & Giveaways
We operate from our studio at 1 Fountain Street, Leek, and do not offer on-location or wedding photography.
Booking & Payments
You can book a session with us in person, via social media, Messenger, email, or phone.
A session fee may apply, depending on the shoot type.
We accept payment by bank transfer, card, or cash (if arranged).
Payment plans are available on request and are subject to a £20 admin fee.
Final payment must be made before products are released or delivered.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Client Cancellations: Please give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of fee.
Studio Cancellations: If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund of your fee.
No-shows may be refused future bookings.
Viewings & Image Selection
After your shoot, we invite you back to our private viewing room within a few days to view and select your images.
You are not obliged to purchase images, but pricing will be provided upfront.
All viewings are done in-studio; images are not sent out for preview unless purchased.
Digital Products & Returns Policy
Digital images are delivered via a Dropbox link once full payment is received.
Digital files are not watermarked and include personal usage rights (non-commercial).
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
If you believe you have received the wrong files or a technical error occurred, please contact us within 7 days and we will review the issue.
Physical Products
We offer prints, canvases, photo books, and other bespoke photo products.
Physical orders may take up to 6 weeks to process and deliver.
Postage charges apply unless collected in person.
Returns for physical items are only accepted if the product is faulty or incorrect.
You must report any issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
Studio Rules & Safety
Children must be supervised at all times. We do not allow children to be left alone in the studio.
Boudoir sessions are strictly for clients aged 18 and over.
Parents or legal guardians must be present during sessions involving under 18s.
Hair and makeup services are available on request for an additional fee.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time.
Use of Images & Privacy
We will only use your images for marketing, portfolio, or social media with your permission.
Clients may opt out of image use by informing us in writing before or at the time of their session.
We take your privacy seriously and will never share your data with third parties without consent.
Competitions & Offers
From time to time, we run competitions, giveaways, and special offers:
Terms specific to each offer will be published on our social media or website.
Prizes or vouchers have no cash value and are non-transferable unless agreed.
Offers may have expiration dates and booking conditions.
Liability & Force Majeure
We take great care to provide a safe, high-quality experience. However, Bcaptured Photography Studios is not liable for:
Loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. illness, technical failure)
Injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings on our premises
Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences once a session has been completed
Copyright & Usage Rights
All photographs remain the copyright of Bcaptured Photography Studios.
When you purchase digital files, you receive personal use rights, allowing you to print, share, and use the images for non-commercial purposes.
Commercial or promotional use is not permitted unless arranged in writing and may incur additional licensing fees.
